St. Patrick’s Day is a day of great joy and celebration in the Roosevelt household, and so it is at The Roosevelt Room! Fun fact:
St. Patrick’s Day is also the wedding anniversary of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt. The couple married on Saint Patrick’s Day, 1905, because it was the best day for Eleanor’s uncle, President Theodore Roosevelt, to come to New York to celebrate the holiday and meet his family obligations. Teddy even had the honor of walking Eleanor down the aisle.
So, come one, come all and share a toast with Teddy Roosevelt on Saturday, March 17th. Our doors open at noon and Teddy arrives promptly at 7pm.
We’re offering $5 Lucky Charm shots for the day’s festivities and have plenty of green swag on hand.
